I really hate to say it but all together this has actually been some of the calmest and most relaxing past few days...

And I say all together because it's like things go to hell in the evenings. Not at my grandma's. And man, I am grateful as hell that she's letting me stay here. But back down there in Sacramento.

Because I just found out that my boyfriend's mom threatened to kill herself. And kick him out and all kinds of things. Last night it escalated to the point where I called the cops because I could hear everything on the phone. Tonight, boyfriend's mom is checking herself into the hospital. I mean, at least she's getting help... She didn't try anything. And she needs SERIOUS help and mental health attention. But Jesus. It's like I never left. But it makes me more and more glad that I did. I'm just happy boyfriend is finally getting out of there, no matter what.

I just want to crawl into a cold and dark cave, and never see another freaking human being again.

I think my sea monkeys/prawn shrimp are dead. Ugh. Figures when you've got an unheated tank in fall in Oregon. Gonna give it a week because maybe they're just slow hatchers. Can't really heat water in their tank though. Oh well, they were $5.

I'm already planning my betta set-up. 2-5 gallon tank. A heating system. Filter. Plants and decor. Medicine and water conditioner. This is gonna be one spoiled little fish when I finally get everything set up and ready.

Although, I'm not terribly surprised to see the second most searched option.

I don't get paid enough to deal with a pack of dude bros giggling in front of the condoms at 2 in the morning. Buy something or gtfo.

Well, that was the longest job application ever. And asking me if I have been on Food Stamps in the last year, totally not invasive.

    Oh man, wow.

I think it's part of questions related to a tax credit employers receive if they hire someone who fits certain economic/military criteria. I think it's called the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. I could be mistaken.
