Les Miserables. I'm a bit of a sucker for musicals; it's a shame the repertoire of ones I've actually had a chance to see is so low.
I hate to admit it, but I've just finished watching Magic Mike XXL. Some things I have to say about this movie would probably get me banned from the site. Let's just say that it was way, way, way, way better than the first one. McConaughey and Pettyfer weren't in it so that was a bonus. I loved the way it took the time to let us get to know a bit about each character as opposed to them just being in the background to Channing and Alex in the last one - I can never see enough Joe Manganiello. Jada Pinkett Smith and Amber Heard were great in it, too. For a stripper movie, I'd give it like a 9/10. I hope there's another one.
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Picked it up in the $5 bin at the store. It was okay, I guess. The best part to me was the gorgeous scenery (especially in Greenland). 6.5/10.
Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol Watched it in order to decide whether I should bother watching MI - Rogue Nation in theaters and because Edge of Tomorrow restored some of my faith in Tom Cruise. Excellent action movie in most regards (or at least, the ones that matter the most for this kind of movie). I was very, very impressed with the script—no thanks to the dialogue or the overall plot, which weren't anything beyond run of the mill—because of the sheer ingenuity with which it managed to string together so many action set-pieces that still managed to feel unique and exciting, without any one of them feeling inferior to the one that came before or after. It was just such a joy to watch a bona fide action flick that didn't rely on explosions to deliver 90% of it's thrills (if you can still call 'em that at this point). The deftness with which Ghost Protocol balanced suspense with balls-to-the-wall action was just, well, thrilling. And Tom Cruise was perfect. Just perfect. Definitely gonna check out Rogue Nation now. 7/10
The Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was OK. Good music. (7/10) Better movies I watched recently were Heavenly Creatures (10/10) and Insurgent (9/10)
I finished watching My Sisters Keeper like an hour ago. I haven't cried like that during a movie for a long time! It was so heartbreaking! Such a good movie though! Definitely worth the watch! I'm still recovering. xx
Yeah it's a good one! I love Cameron Diaz (in a sisterly way) so I just had to watch it! The acting was incredible too! I could definitely see from both sides of the case in the movie. Anna's was the side I chose though and in the end it was definitely the right one. I was so sad watching it though! I cried like 4-5 times. #no shame.
Mad Max Fury Road. I hadn't even heard of it until I came across this review. (I read until "After seeing it, come back and read this.") I've watched enough action movies that now I think most of them are boring and unoriginal, but this was really good.

Cube Cube 2: Hypercube Cube Zero I actually watched them all in a row, so I'm counting them as the last movie I saw. They are so good and I reccomend anyone to watch them if they get the chance.
