For me it's Vode An from Star Wars: Republic Commandos: What's yours?
Mr. Brightside by The Killers - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGdGFtwCNBE and Ekki Mukk by Sigur Ros - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INWZy3-Vw80
"In The Real World" -Roy Orbison. "In dreams we do so many things, we set aside the rules we know..." His voice haunts me.
Terrible things by Mayday Parade. (Though it's more of being severely depressed because on how sad the song is, than getting chills)
The Last Post, it's a very sombre song played on the bugle at Commonwealth military funerals and Remembrance Sunday. I've been to every remembrance day since I was 10, it reminds you of how everything we have is built on those who gave their lives. Last Post - Remembrance Sunday Or there's Scotland the Brave which I've marched to dozens of times over the years. ---------- Post added 9th Apr 2015 at 08:05 PM ---------- I agree with that! Pretty much anything by Sigur Ros, Hoppipolla is an outstanding song. Brian Eno - An Ending is a very simple and powerful song too.Vanishing Grace from the Last of Us is part of a very important scene which saw my eyes leak water!
Nothing gets crossed out - Bright Eyes. Nice depressing song when you're having one of those 'I'm going to die alone' days haha.
Endless, Nameless by Nirvana. You most likey haven't heard of it because it's a ghost track on nevermind that starts about 10-15 mins after Something in the Way. Listen to it through a decent setvif headphones, It's terrifying.
"Forwards" by BACK-ON. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E25UKj8Zol8 I love this song, and whenever I hear it I think about the main character I'm writing in my story, and how I need to get to work on it so she can move Forwards! Hey babe keep pushin on, keep dreamin on! Honestly the translated english lyrics of this song are probably some of my favorite I've ever read. It's such simple, pure, hot-blooded stuff. Yknow what this is probably my favorite song I've heard in quite a while.
The entirety of the album To Be Kind by Swans. It's such an absorbing and tense album, I can't help but be sucked into some kind of void every time I listen to it, almost like I'm in a trance or something. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwIKPGoLUjo31Q14yD6dDncXuAbUkMLEG
Time To Say Goodbye (Con Te Partiro) - Andrea Bocelli. I think this song is absolutely beautiful and I always end up in tears by the end of it.
I'm not really a fan of that type of music, but I love the acoustic version of "Chain" by Back On: Chain (Acoustic): https://youtu.be/HEZPvtxDj4A
