This is huge. This may end up getting rid of all TRAP laws in every state (Which I kid you not, stands for Targeting and Restricting Abortion Procedures/Providers. They think they're clever methinks) This is likely getting appealed to a higher court as well, so not done yet.

This is good. I think if any women wants to have an abortion it's her right to her body. I don't think our taxes should fund it but it should be legal.

But if it isn't funded by taxes then how will women from low incomes afford it? It won't be a choice for everyone if it isn't financially possible. Abortion definitely shouldn't be something only rich people can afford.

This is a iffy subject for me. I respect freedom to make your own choices but on the other hand it feels like abortion is more like murder and should be banned.

If some one is raped and they get pregnant don't you think they should have the right to have an abortion?

Yes! Abortion has always been one of the few things that I feel governments shouldn't have their hands in. Plus there's already enough moths to feed on the planet. We don't need to force spoke to have children they don't even want. With any luck this will create a domino effect affecting other states.

I'm glad to see this ruling, and hope it helps to roll back similar laws in other states.

I want to keep abortion safe and legal, and preserve a woman's right to choose. So many of those who want to ban it fail to see how the wealthy and those with sufficient means will simply go to Canada or Mexico, and the poor will go to back-alley operations. It won't stop abortion, but simply make it become even more unequal in access while creating a dangerous underground.

I'm very happy to see this ruling, and hope to see more along the same lines.

This is a major victory for women and their reproductive rights both in the Badger State, and all over the country. It's about time we stand up against the War on Women.

That is a good point. I believe in personal choices but on the other hand I believe everyone deserves a shot at life. It is a moral conflict so please don't jump to conclusions because i don't know what the right answer is.

You are right that there is a huge moral conflict about whether or not it is right and this spans across all traditions, religions and beliefs. The point is though, if you don't believe in it then you definitely shouldn't do it but that doesn't mean you should stop other people who do believe it is right. Some people believe the LGBT+ community are "wrong". My advice to them is the same, if you don't agree with it then just don't do it yourself

That is a good point. I rather let someone make that choice for safety reasons and because I strongly believe in personal freedom. I don't have to like it or accept it and should just leave for God to judge.
