    Yeah the Cork accent is fairly infamous

    As an English guy who lives in Ireland and has an Irish boyfriend I have deciphered it

    First part was just ranting about family values etc. all the cliches.

    His rant at the end was aimed at politicians. Labour, Fine Gael, Finna Fail, Greens are the main political parties in Ireland and he was ranting at what right they have to change his "marriage" and how Ireland should stand for "family values"
