Voted for China, Japan, India and Thailand.
I tend to like foods with a spicy kick. (Although.Japanese cuisine isn't particularly known for its spiciness).

My culture palette hasn't been explored a lot; but I love Chinese, Italian, Mexican and I'd love to explore Indian, Thai, Middle Eastern, and Korean (again).

Ugh adobo, I'm half Filipino and my mom makes it so I'm not really missing out there, but I love all Asian food in general. Yummy.

I voted "thumbs up" on about half of them.

As for French food, I wish I could enjoy it more often and, since it tends to be fine dining, I wish I could afford it. When I have had it, it has been delicious.

Italian and Indian are my favourites.

I've never had Vietnamese of Korean. Come to think if it, I've not even tried half if the options at the top if the page.

I'm particularly fond of Thai, Viet, and Greek.

Though with Thai and Viet I'm often forced to get the Westernized version of it, unfortunately (often the only readily available option).

Only one I've never really liked much on there is German. Too bland.

You've probably had bad Vietnamese food! I'm heavy Viet-influenced, so I may be biased, but pho is awesome xD

    I've not voted yet...

A couple of issues are of concern. First, limited exposure to some cuisines, which makes any love/hate judgment suspect. Secondly, everything I've had has been in the US. Some things might be highly authentic. Others not so authentic. A lot of Mexican is, I'm told, not at all like what you see in Mexico. Someone who has travelled in China said that what he ate there was a lot different from what he sees in Chinese restaurants in the Seattle area. And I've heard that Italian in the US often reflects the style of Italy years and years back, and less of the Italy of today.

Nitpicking aside, I have a hard time thinking about any cuisine that I absolutely hate. There are individual dishes I don't like, of course.

    Chinese, Mexican, and Italian.

I probably like Chinese food because I am also Chinese; Mexican because I live in a white/Mexican neighborhood so I've had a lot of Mexican food; and Italian because I've been to a lot of Italian restaurants with my half-Italian parents. I would probably like Indian food if I weren't so sensitive to spicyness.
