Showers

After sports/gym/whatever: 2-4 minutes
At home to get ready for the day: 8-15 minutes

 

30 minutes avg. Between showering or taking an immersion bath I would save more water with a bath.

 

I used 5 minutes or less of running water, but I spend more on cleaning so I'll say 5-10 minutes.

 

That entirely depends on whether I shower alone or with someone else. :3

 

I take 10 - 15 minutes when I'm alone.

When in company I'm attracted to ( And vice versa, obviously ), we usually end up taking around 40 minutes ( Sometimes more ). Happened to me today, that's why I remember the time rather well.

 

Ahh. Helping others clean places they can't reach on their own, I presume?!

 

0-5 if not washing hair. 5-10 with hair. That's a lotta hair.

Although at the moment there's no hot water so it's more like 15 seconds.

I don't know, but it's probably highly variable...

At the moment, in my own bathroom, it's been 0 minutes. The shower is broken.

I have no idea what it was when the shower did work. I never timed it. Ideally, it would be super fast to save water. But it never ended up being that way. So much nicer standing in warm water than it is stepping out into a colder bathroom...

I'm almost the opposite. I doubt if I ever I hit 2 minutes in my own bathroom too often, but 4 might be possible for times I'm in a rush.

But I really can lollygag when it's the shower at the pool where I swim laps. The hot water helps to revive me. And since it's not my hot water bill, there is no incentive to rush. (Another hypothetical advantage: one might see Hot Guys Wearing Speedos. But that doesn't happen too often at this pool. Lap swim, when I'm there, at least, is usually only me. Still...one can dream.)

 

5-10 minutes any longer and I feel like my skin is going to dry out. I do however enjoy semi long showers after camping, long day of being outside sweating, hiking etc. But even then its never longer than 20 minutes

Hahaha, Gym I frequent there are a decent few good looking guys who you can see wearing less than speedos. Albeit that is perhaps a reason to not dither too long so as to avoid possible awkward arousal, especially when at the gym with friends. Most of the reason is simply that showering at the gym for me is just to quickly clean off sweat (or the smell of chlorine from swimming) whereas at home I spend the time to scrub everything thoroughly with soap & body-wash so as to smell nice and have clean skin. There is also washing hair too which takes up time.

 

A long time. People complain that I spend too long in the shower. They don't seem to realise though, that if they had a body half as good as mine, they'd spend a long time in the shower as well.

 

20 minutes. It would be shorter except that washing my hair takes a while. Also, I'm one of those "clean freaks" that soaps up every nook and cranny, like between my toes and my belly button.

 

A really long time.

 

It takes SO LONG for me to get all the soap out of my hair. Usually 5-10 minutes all by itself. Sometimes I only use conditioner just so I don't have to battle my hair.

But now that it's winter, I stay in well past the time my hair is done. I've spent upwards of an hour in the shower, just because I didn't want to get out and face the cold.

 

10 to 15 minutes, and sometimes, and often, even longer. No, not because of that. I just like the warm water spraying down on me. It's cold once you leave the tub/shower.
