Do you drink alcohol...?

There are a lot of alcoholics in my family. My dad has been clean for a long time now, but he got ahold of alcohol as an underage student (sophomore in high school). I don't want to make his same mistake. I did have a sip of tequila once and it was pretty good.

 

No. I don't like the taste of it

 

I drink a little, although I'm dislike most alcoholic beverages. I prefer whiskey, vodka, and ouzo because I like the feeling alcohol causes more then the taste and I can achieve that feeling faster with drinks with a higher alcohol content.

 

Nopers! I do not drink! Not for any reason in particular, I may have a sip or two at a family function or something but generally no... Considering taking up wine though, it just dehydrates me so we'll see...

 

Infrequently. A lot of social things I go to happen at bars so I might get one or two drinks, but drinks at bars are really bloody expensive. I only drink to get drunk a couple of times a year.

 

I drink it in small amounts, I guess it's mainly at social situations. I've had too many times in the past where alcohol has gotten me in to trouble. Plus also I hate the feeling the day after even if I have had one drink. It makes me feel off my A game...

 

I might be underage but actually last night I ended up getting a bit tipsy and my memory is sort of fuzzy also my balance was thrown off and I was laughing randomly and it was pleasurable because I felt so happy. It was my first time and it was once. I hope to do that when I'm old enough to get my own. I didn't drink a load of it. I still remember mostly but I want as much as I did occasionally.

 

Well I can't legally, but I've signed something my dad carries in his wallet saying I never will. I think I can find a way to socialise without being incoherent and throwing up the next day.

 

I have in the past but no longer do, because of health issues. Occasionally I do allow myself to have a sip or two on holidays with family and friends, but that is about it.

I tried different types of Alcohol and its nasty i can only limit my self to 3 mixed drinks because after a while it starts tasting nasty. I have 3 alcoholic drinks and drink soda after people laugh but oh well its my body. I do like going to bars to socialize with friends

Only on New Year's Eve because it is somehow my tradition. I usually drink a glass or two white wine. Drink it like normal people drink their medicine... why I am forcing myself to do it I don't know.

In my teen years I drank more of it and often a bit too much. But these days I definitely drink less and in a moderate extent. I don't like to lose control and I can have a good time and some fun without alcohol.

Do not know why people drink/want to acquire a taste for terrible drinks. It's only ever tasted good for me when I mixed beer, champagne and lemonade once, but I'm under the impression that nobody does this.
Therefore, remain not understanding why people drink.

 

I drink it when I'm out with friends at a bar and its kind of expected but even then it's only one drink or two. I don't know...I usually don't like the taste of most alcohol and would be happier drinking a soda or whatever

I do but i don't drink a lot. Just if I'm going out or it's an occasion.
