Yeah, I'm not religious about it , but I do. The thing is, I worked out before T as well and this never happened. And my shoulders have definitely gotten bigger. They weren't terribly small before either.

Hmmm.. I don't know then.. That is really strange. Maybe you should be more religious about the stretches, if you want to though.

OK, over the last couple of months: I've come out as bi-gender (and pansexual) to a few dozen people, slowly, over time, including my two sisters.

I went to Montréal, stayed as a friend, and went out as a woman for the first time ever. Then I went to a dance club by myself (same night), still en femme. Then the next morning I went and had brunch as a female.

This past weekend, I went to a dance party at a trans event in Marlborough, Massachusetts with a friend. She had barely ever been out, either. While there, I danced and talked to people and generally had a wonderful time. The next morning, we went and had the hotel breakfast among the straightest crowd I've been out with to date.

My hair has grown to a length where I can actually curl it, and with a little practice I'm good enough at curling it that it actually looks nice. My makeup looks all right. When I step outside, my heart feels steady. When I tell someone I am sometimes male and sometimes female, I believe what I'm saying.

I have a long, long way to go, but so far people have been kind, and that's something I'm deeply thankful for.

I was at this place, and this little boy asked me if i was a boy or a girl. When i replied boy, he grinned and said "thats what i thought!"

Someone thought i was a guy, too.

It was! At First Event in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Were you there? The dance party was fantastic, but I didn't attend any of the daytime programming, so I can't comment on that, though I've heard very good things. (www.firstevent.org)

Two nights ago, I met one of my biggest heroes in the underground horror community and not only did I "pass", but he told me he didn't really grow a beard until he was 30 (when I said I regularly get read as being 16); which was super cool and sort of gives me hope for the future.

    That's awesome man.

Not a real victory but I ordered some cool looking clothes from a site and they came in today. Not only were they as great as I imagined, but they fit right too! It's always been a fear of mine buying online because of size.. I am rather small in both height and size wise(though my broad shoulders emphasize my size a bit I think), so normally if a piece of clothing fits me one way, not so much the other way; this mostly applies to pants. But I did it! I gambled since the clothing was pretty cheap and they all fit great! And now I know to always shop for asian sizes and I'll always have a good fit with less hassle ..:tears::dry:

Vincent, having done a lot of online shopping lately myself, I call good clothes that fit a victory for sure! As male assigned at birth, I just have to be sure to *never* shop for Asian sizes. It's a great idea for you to shop for them, though! I'll pass that hint along to other FTM friends.

Fixed the tab on our bathroom sink per request of SO. It's silly but it felt nice to do something helpful in the middle of my self-loathing week. I even got a "THanks Handsome" afterwards. maybe today won't be too bad.

also I'm finally getting a haircut. I can feel it on my neck and it bothers me. After work that crud is getting off of me.

Bill collector called said "may I speak with birth name" I said "that's me", she paused for a good minute before continuing. Usually I get "Am I speaking with birth name" not "may I speak with birth name" so I guess I passed on the phone for the first time for a second lol. She woke me up too so my voice was extra deep.

I wore one of my new shirts today. I got so many comments on it, most of them like "Nice shirt bro".

I had to try on something for girls for sports. It didn't fit because my shoulders are too broad so I got one for boys.
