I got the all clear for breast cancer today. That's helped my dysphoria immensely.

I went to the store and walked around in them today, just the base pair. I'm not even short. I'm 5'7 which is tall for a girl but shortish for a guy. I've always thought of myself as tall so it's kind of hard to adjust that perception now being seen as short for a guy. It feels pretty good to be at the same height as many cis men (and even taller than a lot of them) and look people in the eye and be taller than almost every woman you see. Even for shorter transguys though, just being taller than a lot of women you see would probably make you feel a lot more confident and manly.

My bad, didn't mean to post over you with my silly shit. I thought it would add on to my last post.

That's a relief you are in the clear! If only my dysphoria would allow me to even see a doctor...I figure I'll know I don't have breast cancer once I get them suckers chopped off.

No worries Dude. It was just a cyst but it reminded me daily for 3 weeks that I have these attachments on my chest. Panic over, no cancer! I've got a full on couple of days with work and I don't drink alcohol, but I may have a beer at the weekend to celebrate!

I went to see a gender therapist last week! Also my mother finally allowed me to buy a binder!! (Now gotta wait one week to buy it and one month for it to arrive)
Also, I've came out to lots of friends as a boy, or as we call it, "el secreto del alicornio" (the alicorn secret, mix between unicorn and Pegasus)

I got sir'd for the first time in a restaurant today and it was so cool but also slightly awkward cause I have a high voice so every time the waiter came around I would just mumble in as deep of a voice that I could convincingly pull off

Dude, I'm tiny as a woman, too. I'm only 5'0. Last month a girl I met asked me if I was twelve. I'm twenty.

Also, I (kind of?) came out to my best friend today. I was going to try to come out to my parents last night and all of a sudden my mom asked me if I was "taping my breasts" (her exact words), grabbed the front of my shirt, and tried to look down my shirt. I felt violated lol. I didn't think it was right after that. I was telling my friend about that and all of a sudden she asked me "Oh, do you want me to call you Ari now?" I was stunned, but then she explained that I have it on my profile on a site that I got her into years ago, but which she hadn't played in a couple years. Apparently she got on, went to my profile, and saw that I'm trans. XD Apparently her cousin is trans too so she was super cool about it and that makes me feel more confident about coming out to other people. We even went shopping together, too! I got a few new shirts, but I still can't find any men's pants that fit me.

Edit: It was also a bit funny when we went shopping because when we were leaving one of the stores, one of the employees asked if we found everything okay. Apparently I did a really good job at passing physically, because when I spoke she did a double take. (I have a really girly voice.) Once we got out of the store I couldn't stop laughing.

When I went to the bathroom in the mall today (I still use the female bathroom because I'm not out and not exactly trying to pass yet), two women thought that they were in the wrong room when they saw me!
Out of habit and because I'm not out yet, I explained that I was 'a girl' and they apologized a lot - I just thought it was really funny.

Also, yesterday my mum said that she wasn't going to make me have laser hair removal on my chin. I've been super stubborn about this for weeks and she basically gave up and went on about how 'you've gotta do it at some point you know that right?' We shall see...

Using the gender neutral bathrooms without people being like "why do you need to use that? You're female?" It's never happened luckily but I'm afraid people will act that way..

No one should be able to make you shave something you don't want, just saying.

Man, I can relate to being violated by your mother. Luckily, my dad made my mom stop..

Had our first court hearing for the divorce today... I wore a new dress, great shoes, a cute but simple necklace and EFF'ING ROCKED IT. I uploaded a pic as my new avatar/profile pic.

I flew on a plane today, and this conversation happened when I was checking in and my mum was helping me:

My mum: My daughter's flying on my own, so is there anything you need to tell her?
(I was right next to her in front of the check-in desk and the lady behind it could clearly see it)
The lady: Oh, well where is your daughter? *looks around*
    Me: I'm here...hello...
The lady: Oh I'm so sorry! Hi!

And basically the same thing happened again later with a different staff member. Two 'mis-genderings' in one day...again! Woohoo!
