My go to snack is usually pretzel filled with peanut butter. Love those things and whenever I want a snack it's usually what I go to first
Popcorn! Filling and if you go for the right brand/variety, you can usually get a lot of it for relatively few calories. Or, you could just say "fuck calories" and down a giant bowl of popcorn and I admit, I do that. Sometimes I'll drizzle olive oil and kosher salt over mine.
i forgot to mention peanuts. holy shit, if i have alcohol in my hand.... i could eat a barrel of peanuts. and i mean, a barrel.
Natto. I absolutely love the stuff. It's Japanese fermented soybeans. A lot of people hate the smell and taste, but personally I think it is delicious. And healthy too. Haha =)
Kettle corn popcorn. I don't know why, but I love it. Once in a while, I also like to indulge in tortilla chips and salsa.
Snacking I typically have popcorn, an apple, a banana, yogurt, cheese, a slice of bread... Etc. Or tea. Tea sort of gets rid of my hunger which isn't good when I probably need food. If I'm hungry I usually have food with my tea but the tea makes me stay full for a while! If I need something more filling I'll usually have several of those items and a protein shake.
Chocolate drink and some bread. I would dip the bread in the chocolate drink then eat it. But its summer here and the mango trees bares lots of mangos when summer. We have several mango trees here and when I am hungry, I would just climb it and pick 3-5 mangoes and eat it myself.
Roasted seaweed. I think it's really good, but it's kind of an acquired taste. Not everyone likes it.
You'll probably die in about a week if you have this every day, but OREO Dream at the Cheesecake Factory is absolutely incredible.
Depends on what I have in the fridge or in the house, I try to avoid snacking on something that's chocolate or chips. Usually I try to eat nuts, fruit, yogurt or cheese as a snack. I try to keep the healthy stuff out and hide away the unhealthy stuff so I'm not tempted. Just had some strawberries and blueberries mixed in yogurt as a snack just recently.
