This summer I've been trying to watch all the lesbian movies. I already watched: Water Lilies (which was pretty depressing) Lost and Delirious, Imagine You And Me, The Four-Faced Liar, Blue Is The Warmest Color (with its unusual events, its a French movie) The Kids Are All Right, Gray Matters which is one of my favorites including Loving Annabelle and Better Than Chocolat. But my favorite would have to be The Truth About Jane because of the intensity throughout the whole movie.
If I have to pick one... Eating out 2: Sloppy Seconds. That movie other than being a gay movie also one of the best comedies for me. Humor is just my kind.
I would have to maybe say Pink Narcissus , it was a really interesting silent art film.....I kinda forgot what happened in it though...
Oh wow--there's so many. But I think probably Beautiful Thing--oh and Angels in America if you count it as a "movie".
4th of July special: 5 for the price of 1 Philadelphia Brokeback Mountain Prayers for Bobby Breakfast with Scot Latter Days
I typically don't watch gay and lesbian movies, they tend not to have enough of the things I like in them. I like the kind of movies where they send rockets in to space to blow up meteors, and then you find out the president is an alien. The cheesier the better.
For gay guys - Beautiful thing For gay girls - But I'm a Cheerleader For trans girls - Hedwig and the Angry Inch For trans guys - ... why can't I think of any trans guy movies? If anyone knows of any, please let me know!
Gay dudes: Priest (the nineties one) Gay chicks: But I'm a Cheerleader Transmen: Boys Don't Cry Transwomen: Better Than Chocolate (okay, that's mostly a lesbian movie, but I like Judy's parts)
High Art Mulholland Drive But I'm A Cheerleader Blue is the Warmest Color I actually wasn't that big on The Kids Are All Right, even though a lot of people liked it, Idk why. I also need to see more LGBT movies.
