Y'know, those little petty things that don't actually matter, but REALLY grate on you. I've actually got a few, now that I think about it. 1) When my girlfriend brushes her teeth before bed, she Leaves. The. Tap. Running! No, just... no! I don't know WHY it annoys me so much, but laying in bed, listening to that water running for what, 3-5 minutes, really infuriates me, to the point where I want to get up, walk in there and turn the tap off myself. 2) My computer chair. It's on carpet, so things get caught up in the wheels. When I pull myself forward, and the chair tips instead of rolls, that makes me mad. It's just SO much effort, having to stand up and spin the base so that the 'good' wheels are facing front. Yeah... I should probably just clean out the wheels, tbh. :rolle: 3) When I'm listening to music on the laptop with earphones, and the wire gets caught between me and the desk, and the ear bud literally gets RIPPED out of my ear?! Yeah, that one really gets to me! I literally GLARE at the wire, as if it somehow helps. :roflmao: I've lost count of the amount of earphones I've totaled like this!
Haha! Yeah, the amount of times I've almost tossed my phone across the room when it's started screaming at me at 6am is ridiculous!
the door creaking whenever it closes or poens, its sooooooooo annoying, but its abit better now that i have a room made on carpet instead of wood
When I pull the clothes out of the washing machine and there's tissue all over them cause I left a kleenex in my pants' pockets! I go crazy.
When the closet door is open, even just a tiny bit, when I'm in bed and ready to go to sleep. It's a little bit of both an annoyance and a residue of childhood fears.
My mom does something similar to that but with her teeth and makes a bunch of noise and it sounds gross .
fuckin' repetition man. Like saying something one or twice is ok, thrice is walking a thin line but when you repeat anything more than three times, it's like come on, you said that before can you comment about something else for a change?
My dog scratching her fleas My boyfriend looking over my shoulder at what I'm doing People touching my phone
When I'm layed in bed playing on my phone and I have to have my phone at a slight angle to charge because of the charging lead that comes out of the bottom. First world problems! ---------- Post added 29th May 2014 at 09:35 PM ---------- Oh goodness I just thought it was my creepy dog that does this, it annoys me too. Also when he peers into the room just staring... :bang:
My uncle, who is awesome, has the flaw of repeating things over and over again (not the same day, but every time we have a conversation) and it just pains me that he repeats the same stories like I can't remember it from two weeks ago. It would be OK if he were to say, "remember like last time we talked?" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Also, it annoys me when people (*cough* *cough* dad) are with me and pull out their phones to post pictures or make memes to post on Facebook. Once a day is fine, but don't be posting on Facebook every other second .
It's not really insignificant, really, but I suppose it can be. I try to limit my discussions on politics and religion to people who have similar views or with whom the discourse is intelligent and not confrontational. However, there are some people who, when you get around them, can only talk about politics, religion, or both. Not only that, some are not well-rounded and they can be very irritating. VERY irritating.
Best feeling in the world (next to sex) is waking up early and that slow slip back to sleep. I used to intentionally set my alarm early just so I could do that. But anyway... - Wheezing - My grandmother walking into room and asking me something when I'm in the middle of writing about sex or whatever - Sleeping with a fan on - My cats walking on my keyboard - Pressing wrong button on phone
When I'm drawing, I use pencil first and then ink so that I can correct something if needed. Sometimes, my hand will twitch a bit and it'll go outside of the line I'm trying to draw, so I'll have to double up on all of the other lines to make it look balanced.
