I have, or had some, women friends who wanted to do the chit chat thing but, far more than that, we talked about deep and philosophical things and, at times, they sought my advice. Only in the rarest of instances have I felt emasculated, so that wasn't much of a problem. Many of these friendships ended for other reasons. They should have ended even sooner, but I have a long fuse.
Oh, yes. Two of my good friends have decided that I'm the magical GBF who knows all. I mean, I do know all, but I'm gonna have to start charging.
well i maybe a little flamboyant most of the time but that doesnt mean im a girl to them i hate when girls do that anyway i like the lesbian best friend more ^^ well its a good thing that the girls im friends with dont do that and either way i like being with guys more than girls since i was raised with 4 girls already i had enough time to spend with girls for now -.-
I'd say about 85% of my good friends are girls. I get along with them better than most guys. That said, we are friends because we have common interests and enjoy spending time together, not because of my sexuality. I did have one girl, who when I found out was gay said, "I always knew I had a gay best friend!" I was like ummmmmmmmm no. We aren't even friends
I currently have no friends, but I met someone who works at the grocery store, and it would be nice to be her gay best friend.
my friend calls himself my gay best friend. once i introduced him to someone as a longtime friend, and he right away corrected me and said he was my GBF. he tells me all his "gay boy problems", as he calls them. sounds like the opposite of everyone here  he's a bit of a nut, though :rolle:
