Yes, I understand that gays appear in all cultures. YET, you have to admit that in certain countries, LGBT communities have been historically strong and given some really good things to the world whereas in other countries... not so much. Personally, the most "gay" nations in my mind are the British (because Oscar Wilde created the concept of campiness and Shakespeare wrote poems about cute boys and stuff), the French (these are into kinky stuff in general) and the Greeks (duh). The least gay nations are probably the Russians and perhaps... the Koreans, dunno? (in comparison to their neighbours, at least).
The majority of African; or sub-saharan countries, have very anti-gay laws, and don't even really have religion or a main one to be the reason like the middle east does. The culture there is dominated by masculinity, and even using a condom is seen a emasculating. So choose basically any of them, and they most likely don't even have an existent gay scene because of it. To name a few Ghana, Sierre Leone, Liberia. The gayest, liberally, would most likely be the Netherlands or Canada; basically just Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver, which is already half the country. Gayest culturally, France. Ungayest culturally, Sub-sahara Africa; all of it.
