Heck no! "Cure" implies that there is something wrong with being gay. For years I was unhappy; accepting that I was gay made things so much better.

Make sure some crazy hardcore conservatives don't go putting this "cure" in the water

Not a chance. I love my boyfriend and I wouldn't want anything to change that. There is no need to conform to a majority. I have pride and I am happy being who I am. Wouldn't change a thing.

No. I am incredibly happy with my amazing daughter and my new girlfriend. I can't wait to have all the times with both of them and I wouldn't change that for anything

I've already turned my family's world upside down and am in mediation for divorce...my wife won't take me back I am all, but sure...so there is nothing to do, but move forward...no I wouldn't take the cure...the heavy liftings been done.

Nope! I wouldn't change anything! This is how I was born and it's how I've always been.

Wouldn't want to change this about myself just because some people in society don't agree with it.

I imagine that if it did exist, the side effect would make you boring.

Haha  , but to make it fair a potion that turned straight people gay would have to have the same effect.

Interesting question. I'd say no, because I enjoy being Gay and I'd rather date guys than girls and I wouldn't want to change, but ask any straight person and they'd say the same. So while I'm leaning to yes because it makes things so much easier, if the moment ever came I'd say no. I like being gay.

I would kill it with fire (the "cure" that is, not my sexuality).

Ignore it. I'm sure a LOT of people would be happier maybe, because their family and friends would accept them again. But for me, I'm lucky that the important people do or would accept me, so I'm happy being gay.

Thank you GeeLee for echoing my thoughts. Such a question is fairly deep in nature despite it being able to be phrased in a few words. It encompases area including, but not limited to the economy, human rights, ethics, religion, environmentalism, psychology, nuerology, and just a smidgen of bio diversity. Everything we do has far reaching consequences that must be considered and most people probably wouldn't want to or be able to comprehend just how massive that simple question really is. It would be something like playing with a cutting torch without knowing how it works or and procedures. So, short answer: Im glad there is no such thing (at least not yet).

Homosexuality isn't an illness in the first
place. A the thought of being with a male
kinda disgusts me(no offense).I love who I am and
taking that cure would like change my destiny
i guess. Like, it goes against everything thats
    supposed to happen to me.

The world really needs more gay people. Our population is getting far too high and we need to slow down on repopulating.
