Heyy, everyone it is *I* Sethani, your faav genderfucking queer okiess, soo I realize I said I'd be gone for a while but this site is so addictive and I could use some opinions ) I won't be a regular like I was cuz I have soo much going on atm, buut I figured I'd stop by anyways ) I'm looking for opinions on my latest presentation: http://emptyclosets.com/forum/members/33425-albums5309-picture41998.html (excuse the sillay face, I can't take good pix lolol) I'm sorta shooting for androgynous and am looking for opinions on where I fall on thespectrum, more towards male or female? Please note, though I intend on growing my hair out and pursuing a very softtransition (it's complicated) I do NOT mind if I look like a femmeboy, atm, soo if you think I do be honest. Don't sugarcoat and tell me what ya think I wana hear, tell me the truuth lol. Also, this is my voice atm: ####### | Voice message NOTE: the content in that is NOT relevant, anymore, I made it a while ago when I was still trying to force myself to be a boy, soo justfocus on how I sound not wat I'm saying, lolz. Thaaanks everyone!! ---------- Post added 1st Dec 2013 at 04:47 AM ---------- Well, that's derpy, I told it to add a poll and it didn't! *is angry* whatever, just tell me if you think I look more androboy/femmeboyish, androgirl/butchgirlish, inbetween, or other, thankss
If you like, I can add a poll for you. Four options, not multiple choice, "androboy/femmeboyish", "androgirl/butchgirlish", "in between", and "other"?
Honestly? You remind me a lot like those androgynous lesbians that I so often crushed on growing up, with just enough hints from both sides to feel "familiar". The darker colors definitely add to the tomboyish vibe, which is also great, since it adds a bit of "mystery" and "danger" to your appearance. This might also be the first time I've had to pick my jaw from the floor after browsing through your pictures! You definitely have my approval.
Lool, in the past when I had black sideswept bangs, people thought me and my (gay) sister were lesbian lovers when we went out lolol. And aww, thaanks, you're sweet
Aww, thaanks Aalso, here's a picwithout makeup: http://emptyclosets.com/forum/members/33425-albums5309-picture41999.html I feel like I look like a 12 y/o boy in that, lol, but also more feminine but also more bland/plain. I've been trying for chic/edgy/intriguing lately so tbh, I prefer the makeup..
You look really good. In an androgynous kind of way. I think I'd guess FAAB, but I really can't say which side you lean to more. You're the kind of person I'd see in the street and think they're really interesting and hot. I wonder if they're a guy or a girl. Not that it matters.
@Hexagon, Aww. thaanks and well, I just passed as female (sans makeup), tho I think it's cuz my voice is so female and also it's a small town and they're not used to gender variant people. Tbh, I look at these pics and I see androgynous femmeboy, and I'm cool with that cuz of my view on gender and what I'm looking for from my transition (again, complicated). So I'm just enjoying where I'm at atm, altho I think, judging from past experience, by around Christmas time I will be passing as female pretty much all the time, and if not, soon after.
I'm very inexperienced in all this - don't personally know any genderqueer folks - but if I saw and heard you I'd think you were a slightly androgynous/tomboyish girl. Also you look great!
If your at least 5'9 you can become a model. An editorial and runway model (even commercial if you become very successful). You look very feminine to me. If you meet the right people and break into the industry, you will become highly successful. Just noticed your 18. It might be very late to start... Other than that you look very feminine/pretty to me.
If I saw you on the street, I'd immediately pin you as either genderqueer, or an androgynous, tomboy-ish FAAB, I think.
I think for you - the way you wear your hair makes a huge difference. When you were transitioning to female, your picture with the long hair looked extremely feminine, and I would have assumed that you were passing a lot of the time. When you cut your hair, it gave you much more of a femme male look. With the style you have now, I think you could be interpreted as either a butch female or a femme male - so you're definitely presenting androgynous. If you grow your hair out again, you'll probably look more on the feminine side. The clothes you wear will probably make a difference in how people perceive you. I also think that your voice is sounding feminine.
