Do you guys have any suggestion for simple fat burning exercises...? I am a very busy person that I could only go out every weekends when there's no school D: But I don't really eat a lot I am overweight by 1kg :/ currently 77kg right now and 5'9" I want to reduce my weight by 10kg or maybe less or more than that? Any suggestions? (!)(!)(!)
Change the balance of carbs/protein in your diet.. more protein and or less carbs. Less carbs is easiest, then if u get hungry eat noncarb food. Dont starve yourself though, youre still growing.
Did you know that many overweight people are malnourished? It may sound illogical but it's true. What's your diet?
