The whole thing took 3 months but I started the supplemental income application two weeks ago and they just now said yes.

I hope things get better too, I haven't decided yet but there's still a lot to do. I need help paying for meds and appointments as well. So one step at a time

Sheesh, can any Brit explain to me why their Royal Mail sucks ass so much? (Or should I say sucks arse so much? :lol

Paid over $42 in shipping ordering something from Belfast, Royal Mail Airsure which promised "door-to-door" tracking of my order.

The U.S. Postal Service has door-to-door tracking, and they really mean that, you can watch a full table fill in as it scans in each postal office and sorting center, with an expected delivery date and everything. I know exactly where my package is and when it's going to arrive at all times.

When I go to the Royal Mail website and put in my tracking number, all it tells me is "It's on it's way". Yeah that's real helpful. :bang:

Wow, the dean of students at my university sent an e-mail about recent reports of harassment regarding race and sexual orientation. He was saying that the harassment was unacceptable and should be reported.

I am pleased that the dean of students cares about minorities, but I still feel unsafe and more willing to stay closeted b/c of the harassment...

 

I think we must be a clever bunch, because we do so much thinking that once again this thread is just about full.
