  4. I have goats, a pig, dogs, mini cows (a dexter/highland mix and 3 brahma-and one is pregnant), donkeys, horses, chicken, turkeys, and a peacock.

    I only have dogs but I would really like to get a blue tongued skink and a bearded dragon! OMG I love reptiles :slight_smile: they are so awesome!!! Other then those 2 animals I would love to have some type of snake I haven't decided which type tho at this moment haha, nor will I get one anytime soon :wink: I first need to learn everything there is to learn about caring for reptiles! Other then reptiles I also really want a parrot, because I love birds, and those are pets for life! I'd die before my parrot did (hopefully lol) :slight_smile:

    OMG!!!! I love Chows!!! I want to get 2 chows when I am older 1 black chow and 1 black chow and name them Yin and Yang!

    My parents have a yorkie and a chihuahua, and one of my sister-in-laws has a small poodle and two cats.

    However, I do not have any pets. I think it's so cool that you put descented skunk as one of the options because I'd love to have one. That, or a micro-mini pot belly pig. Seriously, how cool would it be to just be chillin' walking your pig down the street?

    You can't tell me that wouldn't be cool. :sunglasses:

    We used to have two fish but they died.
    And we used to have a hamster but he died.

    I'm sorry to inform you, but you shouldn't make assumptions.

    The 20 or so hens are for eggs, and the 5 roosters run around as grasshopper/tick control.
    The majority of the goats are breeders and/or pets.

    Farm animal does not automatically mean food.

    I have one lovely cat named Sidney, who's maybe six years old. He's a pretty normal black and white cat. My dad has two cats, Belladonna and Dee. Bella is sleek black with a pearl necklace (a tiny white spot just below her neck), and always so prim and proper. She's still a kitten to me. Dee is a big cat, black and white again, and not very energetic until someone sits down, at which point he may shoot over to your lap and flop -- not sit, flop -- down on it for ages. Which is always quite something because he's so big.

    When I read that poll, I thought it said Skunk(s), (deceased). I laughed so hard as I tried to comprehend why this community specifically keeps dead skunks as pets xD oh man... I need sleep lol, Goodnight! ^_^

    My house is a micro zoo :lol: : five dogs (a black cocker spaniel, a german sheperd and three mongrels), one yellow/orange/white cat, one little turtle, around ten birds of different species that my mom keeps in a huge bird cage... and millions of flies that enjoy roaming my house in this time of the year :dry: (freaking 90ºF! that's too much for me if i'm not at the beach).

    Right now I have two cats, near-identical brothers.

    I had a rat a few years ago. She was the absolute coolest. I fed her a healthy diet of scraps and she used to sit on my shoulder and we'd eat pizza together.

    I would like to have a snake at some point in time. My uncle had one when I was a kid and he was staying with us, so I've got a good handle on snake care. I just don't have the money for it right now - can't afford the tank, and I want to buy from a reputable breeder. Not enough love goes to the scaly ones in a lot of shops.
