It was the shear joy I felt when I opened the envelope on Valentines Day to read the two pages of notebook paper Mike had sent me in the mail telling me he picked me and wanted me permanently. I have never had such a high without a chemical in my life. It lasted for several days actually. June

Laying in bed after you had a very hard and hectic work day. And then waking up from a full nights sleep rested.

When you go to a concert and the music is so loud that's it vibrates throughout your entire being and all the people around you, so close to you, just enjoying the music and it's like you're all one person and you have an overwhelming feeling of belonging and acceptance. <---Longest run-on sentence lol

Dang, I like a lot of things so it's hard to decide. xD

So probably the moment after I just finished doing something that took a while to finish. I love achievements.
Or doing something opposite to what you just did (taking a cold shower after being in the hot sun, drinking hot cocoa after a cold day outside, resting after a hard days work)
Then again tranquility and peace is also a good feeling to.
And sometimes getting close with another person (non-sexually) feels good to.
And being alone without worrying about other people is also one the best feelings as well.

Oooo, yeah, also when you do something you haven't done in a long time, like eating your favorite food or doing the things you haven't done since you were just a kid.

It all depends on how I feel. ^-^

When you spend all day working on your car and it moves under it's own power for the first time.

I agree with this so much. I always tell people I'm addicted to roller coasters.

Also, kind of an opposite sensation but equally as amazing is just lying down next to someone that makes you feel completely comfortable and safe whether they're a partner or a friend or a family member...just lying there knowing you don't have to worry about a thing for a little while.

And feeling the music in the air from a record player...this might be my favorite actually.

Yes! Kinda similar, when you're in a plane and it takes off, so cool!

That fuzzy feeling I get while getting a haircut. Or After I freshly buzz my head petting it myself or someone else doing so.

The teacher hands you a test, and you turn it around slowly and WHAM 90+%! Doesn't happen a lot, but that's one of the best feelings ever. Especially if you had studied real hard!

Hearing that piece of music that connects with you so emotionally that you're immediately moved to tears, subsequently discovering your favorite composer.

The cold air hitting your body on a gray, winter day.

The feeling of new, clean bedsheets.

Slipping into bed after your shower just as your bedsheets and comforters have come out of the dryer.

That feeling you get when you randomly start thinking about the one who has the key to your heart.

Seeing the one you love most smile and laugh over something you did.

Taking the first bite of a warm, gooey chocolate chip cookie.

Discovering that the brownies your friend made for his party are filled with molten chocolate.

The feeling of accomplishment after you finish writing a musical composition.

Getting messaged, called, or texted first by a dear friend.

Hearing "I love you" for the first time from your lover.

That emotionally clean feeling after a good cry.

The calm of sitting in your grandmother's living room with your head resting on her lap while she hums Negro spirituals and knits.

Smelling the beautiful aroma of your grandmother's cooking while nodding off to sleep on her lap.

Finally mastering your favorite character in a video game.

    Hearing "I'm proud of you."

Finishing the last paragraph of an excellent novel, sad it has ended but content with the story.

Listening to every little instrument in a song while doing nothing else and hearing nothing else. If you get goose bumps from the song you're doing it right.
