So, I am not sure if this is the right place, but i just wanted to see how many other EC ppl had been in a heterosexual relationship (of any kind) before they realized they were into the same sex!
Oh yeah. Been there, done that. I had no idea what sexual attraction was so I sought to find it by dating a few guys, but I was 17 before I realized women were way better romantically. (No offense guys!)
I knew I was gay when I had a GF I liked having a GF because I wasn't worried about getting my butt beaten by other guys, at the same time I never had any sexual desires for her.
Many gay/lesbian EC users have been in heterosexual relationships. I actually just broke up with my boyfriend a few days ago. I promised myself that he would be my last.
I "tried" to be in a relationship with a girl once, does that count? By tried I mean I heard that she liked me, I tried to act interested and she totally bought it but when it came to kissing her it was far too difficult to be convincing so I backed off. After reading a bit on here I think i'll count myself lucky that everything was so apparent to me, even though that experience was painful.
I was, it was actually that relationship that confirmed my doubts about my sexuality. It's funny cause we ended up becoming closer as friends than when we were together.
When I was six, I had a girlfriend. We lasted all the way up until I was eleven. (I wasn't allowed to be near her unless she wanted me near her, and I didn't get to have my own friends. Hers were good enough for both of us.) Around that same time, I realized I didn't like girls.
i casually dated many boys from when i was 13-15, came out as gay properly at 16. so if those 2 week thingys count then yeah but nothing was serious. i was just trying to make the 'gayness' go away, it didnt work though lol.
I did but that was when I was trying to convince myself I was into girls.... Didn't work and I felt/feel like shit for going out with her...
