People hate stereotypes, but sometimes we can fit them pretty well. I was wondering if anybody has heard of stereotypes that they can relate to. haha I'll start Vegetarian boots/combat boots cats rough sports (I usually don't like sports but the ones that I have been in were rough contact ones) dyed hair converse/vans shoes? (I've only heard that once, but I do love them!) studs no makeup tattoos (Nothing crazy, just small ones on the ankles) piercings (again, nothing crazy) boys clothes (They're so comfy!) no curves whatsoever flannel
Hmmmm... I like cats I have a low-ish voice I like being creative (artistically) I like comfy clothes? Ummm all I can think of for now!
Ummmmm, let's see.... I don't have the manliest voice in the world... I like "girly" dance groups (specifically K-Pop, but still). I can be prissy at times and hate germs. I watch America's Next Top Model and have a mild interest in women's fashion. I think that's it. All my other stereotypical behavior would fall under "straight guy" stereotypes, heheheh.
... I'm a bit of a cat fan. Perhaps too much of a cat fan. I had no idea cats were part of the stereotype. You learn something new every day.
I wear skinny jeans I like female pop singers like Marina & the Diamonds and Ellie Goulding ...so much for stereotypes.
i wear skinnies i listen to pop like Carly Rae Jepsen & Kreayshawn i'm into fashion i hate getting dirty i'm really un-masculine i enjoy shopping i'm pretty promiscuous [or wannabe promiscuous anyway]
I adore cats. I Love converse shoes, but shoes in general really get me going with outfit building. I wear makeup, not heavily though just a little concealer and toner. I obsess about my weight and excersize all the time to stay trim. I loathe baggy clothing. While I don 't eat it exclusively I prefer organic foods. I obsess about my voice, I either want it re-tuned or gone. I obsess about scented soaps, moisturizing, and I loathe sunlight for fear of skin damage. I am completely celibate and don't want anything to do with anyone physically for as long as I have an uncorrected body as I find it distresses me/is hideous.
I'm ALWAYS wearing converse, does that put me in the "converse" category? I usually carry my 3DS around..that makes me geeky my friends say... I only carry if for boring days thought, not like I need my 3DS for a party or something .-.
-I'm not really into all of those things that females are supposedly supposed to like -I wear limited amounts of make-up, if I even wear any (only mascara and lip gloss) -I prefer jeans, sweatshirts, T-shirts, and tank tops over anything else -I only have three pairs of shoes (Converse, running shoes, and one pair of good dress shoes) -I hate wearing dresses, skirts, heels, and having my hair and make-up done -Romanic movies and books I hate with a burning passion; it's either action, fantasy, horror, science fiction, or mystery genre that grabs my attention -I don't like talking about me feelings or what I'm thinking -I like to shoot things (with my bow- but I like paper targets, not people ) -My favorite genre of music is rock or alternative -I'm not exactly "lady-like" (I cross my legs while wearing dresses, I burp too much, etc.) And I thought I saw somewhere that a stereotype of lesbians is that they show a lot of cleavage O_0 ....In which case I would also fit the stereotype
-Don't wear make up -Don't wear dresses -Hairy legs/under arms (I'm sure you all really wanted to know this, too) -Cat lover
I wear skinny jeans I hate sports I sit with my legs closed Although I have a deep voice it still comes off as"gay"so some people. I like to walk like a runway model around the house.(much to my parents chagrin)
Not that many, really. I do this weird flourish when I point. My laugh sometimes ramps up into a giggle. I like 70s and 80s disco and dance music. I like to cross my legs when I sit. Oh, and I like to have sex with guys. Fine, if that makes me GAY... Lex
I don't really mind getting into dirty work but I do have some degree of neat freak. I am also conscious about my clothing??? Also there are some pop artists I listen to, but not like Lady Gaga or Katy Perry or Nicki Minaj. I can't hold my indie cred with poptarts like them! But no, seriously I don't really enjoy them. I can't think of much else that I do that puts me into a stereotype position.
Adarya, oh I hate talking about my feelings too. I like to shoot things, but also find kickboxing/punching things to be very therapeutic. lol The only time I really wear makeup is when going to weddings or formal parties, but not on a day-to-day basis. Nice music style! But you gotta love the 80's. VDoof, I'm not a real fan of shaving but because of our society's opinion, and my mom's opinion, of body hair I kind of have to shave.
I'm the stereotypical bear: I have a beard, body hair and I'm chubby (I also have a bear paw necklace that I wear when I go out). Surprisingly, come to think of it, I don't have a lot of flannel in my wardrobe, I think I should rectify that problem. But at least according to the homosexual stereotype, I love Scissor Sisters and Pink (but otherwise I normally listen to rock or metal). I'm also considering getting an ear piercing (maaaaybe nipple if I'm brave enough to endure that pain >.< ) and on occasion wear a bracelet and that necklace I mentioned earlier.
Fate, I wish I could have short hair! but mine is too curly and I would get an afro. But yeah that's a common stereotype I think pixie cuts are cool.
I like comfy clothes even some guy clothes..now that i think about it i kinda sag not bad enough to where i have to hold em up..but i like em low :O I use to hate kittys..but now we have one and i love them! Change of heart lol? I only have my ears pierce I love basketball/sports shoes..converse are too narrow for me I hate make up! I love sports however Rough ones take a special place in my heart lol They are my favorite I love my hair short partial cuz i hate doing my hair but i like the way it looks better anyway
