Not bisexual, but bilingual Even still, my spanish isn't perfect. I blame it partly on the declining of a lot of bilingual classes at my school when I was growing up :tears: Aunque mi español no es perfecto, la mayor parte del tiempo puedo escribir mas mejor que yo hablo. A veces, como ahorita, necesito el diccionario para ayudarme :icon_wink
Ik zou hier niet zijn als ik niet soort van tweetalig was. So yeah. Translated... I wouldn't be here if i weren't kind of bi-lingual Besides Dutch and English I speak a fair amount of German and Spanish. I can also understand bits and pieces of French but can't speak a single word of that myself.
I'm bi-lingual as well. Was on my way of learning my 3rd and 4th.. But learning a new language at 17 is pretty tough..
Don't know if this count, but for quite a few years I thought I was bi. As for bilingual, I speak Afrikaans (sort of like dutch) and English. I can also speak a bit on some of the ethnic languages in Namibia (Herero, Oshiwambo, and a bit of SA's Xhosa) I love to paint, sketch and draw, though haven't done that in a while. Hopefully at the end of the month when we are in our new place, I will have more time for that. I also love to write, currently busy with a sci-fi/fantasy novel which is LGBT friendly. Dancing... well I don't really do that cause for some other stupid reason I don't have rithym or know how to. So usually my dancing, consist of a few loose movements to my favourite rock band, so i also includes allot of head shakes and stuff like that. It's kind of a shame since I would love to dance with my hubby, but i really actually find it hard to concentrate on how to move, that the experience isn't enjoyable for me anymore. As for singing, I usually do that when no one is around and the music drowns out my voice, I don't think I have a voice for singing and hearing my own voice over a speaker, well sounds like someone being tortured and stuff, not to mention it is a torture to listen to my own voice. So I guess Idols is out for me, though I do have this huge fantasy about being part of a rock band.
Hola! Nice to meet you :smilewave It's good to hear others are bilingual too. I love languages and hope to learn another language someday :icon_bigg
I can understand French and a little bit of Arabic I would like to become fluent in French and also Spanish.
I speak 4 languages: English, Dutch, German and French. I also learned some Japanese using the Romaji writing system - it was just too hard to learn the Kanji and the other 2 syllabaries! Nice language, though! Watashi no pen desu, ka? Hai, watashi no pen desu.
I am bisexual and bilingual too French and English, both fluently. I speak English at home with my family even though living in a French speaking only area. I am also a tattoo artist!
Pitabread- do spanish first Sydneychick- cool that do you play? Silkfrog- wow. Purplecrab- isn't that a bit differant? And isn't it cool to be double bi?
I love foreign languages! Studied Italian and French in school, some Spanish independently, and know bits and pieces of various others! I'm not fluent in anything other than English but learning a language has never been a problem so it wouldn't be too tough.
Not bisexual, buttttttt I can read Spanish, but I have trouble keeping up in conversations. I'm going to begin studying Russian soon.
