I recently got laid off so I have TONS of free time on my hands. I also have an xbox 360 with Netflix, Hulu Plus, and Crackle set up to stream. I've watch most everything in my instant Netflix queue, and I need to find some new material. Any advice on movies or show? Gay themed, not gay themed, doesn't matter. Just good stuff. That's what I want.
Well, for starters what sort of things do you generally like watching? My Netflix history at the moment consists of the following, all of which I enjoy(ed) immensely: Lipstick Jungle Raising Hope Being Elmo I Love You Phillip Morris Xena Warrior Princess United States of Tara
Off the top of my head (Netflix): - Darker Than Black if you want a good anime - Misfits if you want a good TV show
Being Elmo is a documentary about the puppeteer who voices and controls the movements of Elmo. It's a good watch. I recommend it.
It's fantastic. They showed it on PBS the other night too. Oh! And I forgot to add My Name is Earl to the list I posted. Good gravy I love that show.
It might help if you tell us what you're interested in or mainly watch so we can give you some better recommendations. These are some things I've watched on Netflix/plan to watch: -Grey's Anatomy -Crossing Jordan (I'm so excited to start this series soon) -Shank (LGBT-gritty drama) -Eating Out movies (LGBT-comedies) I thought I'd have more to suggest, but I can't think of anything. You need to give us something to work with. What are your interests?
I like pretty much everything, except horror. In my instant queue there are shows such as Weeds and Glee. Blue Mountain State (horribly crude, but makes me laugh). Grey's Anatomy. And then for movies I've got everything from The War Boys, to Sin Nombre (spanish language), various documentaries, various gay themed films. There is 138 things in my queue, so I don't wanna list them all for space reasons. I love films set on the ocean or about surfing or sailing. Romantic movies. Comedies. Really anything.
