...my name is Dylan ...where to start.... I've never participated on a forum before and am very shy (ya, I know everyone says that, but I really am, I don't even have a facebook account) so I'm not really sure what to say. I guess I'm here for the same reasons (most) everyone else here is; to come out of hiding and whatnot... Anyways, about me: - I'm a University student living in Kamloops BC - I love all things manga/anime/Playstation3 - As I've mentioned, I'm quite shy - Even if you got to know me you'd have no idea at all that I'm gay unless I told you. That's not to say I act like a straight douche-bag or anything (far from it), I just have zero stereotypical gay guy characteristics. - Lastly, I am currently formulating a plan to come out to my parents, so I won't be annoying anyone with "help, what do I do?" posts, I'll just be looking for critique/suggestions if anyone has time to spare. (I'm somewhat determined not to let this be a case of posting one introduction and then never being seen again. I leave too many projects half finished as it is...) But I digress (provided I haven't bored you all to death with my rambling) hullo, nice to meet you!

Is it just me, or is there a strangely disproportionate number of people from BC on this forum? Anyway, welcome!
My goodness, thank you all for the warm welcome... I should have tried this ages ago!! Also, A pleasant surprise indeed!!
Hi! I hope you like this forum. Don't worry, I'd be surprised if you were shier than me! i even feel shy about posting on here.
Hi Dylan! :smilewave I'm new here too, and just beginning to discover manga and anime. Um, I dunno what the protocol is here, but why not post your current coming-out plan here or in the support/advice thread?
Wahoo! British Columbia, represent. :icon_bigg And someone close to my neck of the woods. Well, sort've. Hehe. Welcome.
