I don't think so--are we supposed to be into people we AREN'T attracted to? Personally I prefer Khobra's approach to the "no femmes" approach some people take.
I prefer more feminine honestly. The manly approach kind of turns me off..I'd rather not have a boyfriend that doesn't look like he even leaves the gym.
People seem to have some rather large misconceptions of the terms "masculine" and "feminine". Either way, I like people, if they turn out to be one end the spectrum, good for them, I don't automatically like or dislike a person more because of their masculinity or their femininity, that will be a part of their overall person as a whole, but it all varies anyway.
Err, both? But I don't like people who are the like, stereotype of either word. Can't stand the "I'm so macho" guys or the "I'm a stereotype!" guys <_<
This thread is like manna from heaven! I was just thinking of asking you the same thing... because, I'm not really sure. I know that around feminine I feel more comfortable but at the same time I can be turned on. But what is more important to me is intelligence and... some personality traits. But I just started to think what I'm really into... Anyway, I tend to prefer feminine.
How does a person act straight though? By showing attraction to the opposite sex and seeking out a relationship with the opposite sex exclusively.
I like guys that can make me feel safe, so if you can do that and be femme great if you can do that and be masculine great as long as it gets done. Lol. And we have to be able to talk. If a guy is too masculine or jock like I find that I have a hard time talking to them and relating because we have different interests and such. So a nice blend makes me happy. : )
Well, when I use the term "straight-acting," it means that you can't exactly tell that the guy is gay. (unless you got to really know him). I consider myself to be "straight-acting," not because I "act" straight and seek relationship with women, but because you can't really tell that I'm gay. (only like two people ever expected). Anyway, to answer the question. I prefer men who are somewhat manly. I'm not attracted to flaming guys. However, a little bit of femininity is fine.
