So how many hours do you devote to working out?

I'm at the gym 6 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours. About an hour of of cardio and an hour of weight training + stretching. And then I bike as much as possible. I bike to campus sometimes, it's eight miles to get there with a ridiculous, I mean really ridiculous hill. It a great workout and a fun time back home.

When I am in a healthy period of my life I'm there at least 5 days a week for an hour to two and a half hours. 40-90 mins cardio (bike, elliptical, treadmill), then the rest for stretching, crunches and weights.

Approximately...zero. My college is literally on a hill so there is a ton of uphill walking. Does that count?

Pretty much every day for 1-1.5 hours at the gym. I generally do a 10k cycle then assorted weights to work on my arms, chest and abs. Don't do much leg work, they're strong enough, just need to be toned, hence the cycling. Day off every 4 days to recouperate.

I also walk just about everywhere, don't use the car unless I have to.

I've been blessed with the ability to stay pretty slim regardless of what I eat, so for me its pretty much zero as well.

This. I mean, I'd like to not show my stomach when I sit down, but if I'm standing, I'm rather skinny. I think it's the only good health condition I inherited from my mother. =/ Also, I'm just hella lazy. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Nothing. I get bored with working out - I can work out for a good 15 minutes, but I get SO BORED with doing the same thing over and over again, so I stop. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
Of course that means I'm not really fit, but I don't really care.

Every day I'm not sore, which usually works out to 3-5 days a week, lifting for 1-2 hours depending on the day and if I'm with someone or not. If I go with someone they chat forever and it takes too long.

This also applies to me, though I do like to get plenty of cardiovascular exercise regularly for stamina. I tried getting into weight lifting and I didn't really like it. Will try again eventually, as my career will call for lifting people..

    During school time, 7 hours a week - 5 jogging, 2 P.E.
In the holidays, 5 hours a week of jogging.

  13. I try to do it for at least 30 minutes a day or so. It doesn't really matter how much I work out because I'm naturally a very stocky guy, but I try to stay healthy. I should go out a lot more, though. People tell me I'm as pale as Nosferatu. xD

I try my best to get at least 3 hours of exercise a day. An hour when I wake up, an hour sometime in the afternoon and an hour before I head to bed.

Depends on how busy I am on that day. Anywhere from 1 to 2 hours usually, not counting stretching time and rest time if I'm doing intervals on the track.
