This Is about the church protesting Heath so just wanted to show you guys bye the way this girl cracks me up!
those people do make me sick. but im not sure shes approaching the problem correctly. if we alienate them from the community thats only going to spur them to hate more. i know they dont deserve our pity but a part of me tugs for the little kids from that family wholl grow up with such notoriety. you can only fight hate with love, not more hate.
WTF? wow! I seriously cannot believe people actually make those websites. That's absolutely insane. :bang:
I grew up around these people for ten years. I cannot stand that woman or anything that people like her stand for. Because I hate how they act as if they know everything, as if they're righteous in and of themselves. Christianity used to be what I lived for, but I can't believe in something if you're going to be bad for having human thoughts, or if you have to change the way you are to be accepted by the others. That man is dead. And they protest at his funeral that they hate him? That's seriously all I have to say. :/
I also fear more for the little kids than the adults - they're too deep into it now to change, but the children are still young and haven't had the message completely hammered in yet. I recall the Louis Theroux documentary on the WBC where one of their kids couldn't remember the difference between a lesbian and a "fag enabler". There' still hope for them.
Thanks you so much Ohioboy! that was awesome, it made me laugh, and she actually said lots of the things I say in my head every time I think of these "people".
That Phelps woman is a dumb bitch, I'd really like to punch her distgusting inbred face right in front of her retard father and braindead children.
I don't think she's worth the phone call charge, personally. It's people like her that make me hope that if she's going to heaven that I'm going to hell instead. It certainly couldn't be worse that living with that mentality for eternity! I feel sad for that whole group more than anything else. Especially if one of those 11 children (1 in 10, remember!!!) turns out to be gay!
I don't believe in hell. It is my hope that the Phelps family will reincarnate and be treated in exactly the same way they treat others.
me neither! my church has never really put a huge emphasis on hell-- at least i havent noticed these last 17 years if they have
lol if you watch the hour long documentary on youtube (which I ABSOLUTELY recommend, interesting stuff...shocking however) there are brief mentions of family members who were "estranged" or who decided to leave the family forever, but the family is extremely reluctant to discuss the nature of their leaving. something makes me think that the whole 1 in 10 thing worked its way even into the bastion of homosexual hate
