    It's not that it is yuck so much, my dad only eats butter on his pancakes so kinda the same thing...it's just...pancakes...with no syrup?:cry: This should be illegal. So yuck for me, just pour the syrup directly into my mouth.

    :laughing: I have never really used syrup on pancakes. We mostly eat them with homemade jam or honey. Lately I have discovered why people put butter on pancakes. It does taste good, especially if the pancakes are hot. The older I get, the less sweets I seem to crave.

    I think this is what a lot of people experience. I have a giant sweet tooth though. Guess I've always had "a little sugar in my tank"(American Southern euphemism for being gay).

    That's a yum, especially if said chocolate is hot fudge and throw some peanuts in there.
