    First trans people lost the right to join the military, next the right to seek medical treatment.

    Friendly reminder that this doesn't solely apply to transition-related healthcare, but to ANY healthcare for a transgender person. Quite notable timing during a global viral pandemic, as well as during pride month..

    This decision is made in the middle of a pandemic in which many transgender individuals are at risk. Justifying prejudice under the cloak or religious liberty when people need help the most is unconscionable. We are people, who deserve at least some dignity and respect for our humanity. Basic care is not too much to ask.

    Something I want the people who are for these resolutions to do:
    Replace “transgender” with “Jewish”.

    Suddenly these resolutions don’t seem so good. Suddenly they are something that would cause the ones responsible to be in front of a UN tribunal for crimes against humanity.

    That would work, except that, I'm pretty sure a large portion of the people who support this BS are probably fascists too or heavily enough right leaning that they would brush it off.

    Guys we NEED to get this guy out of office before he literally starts imprisoning people for being queer. If you are old enough to vote, vote! It's the only way we can save our country!
