I'm having this problem as well. I think it has something to do with the EC servers. Give them some time and I'm sure they will fix it and sort everything out. Thank you all for your patience.
What I'm having is the form is timing out after hitting post reply. If we don't refresh the page, we don't see that our post might actually have taken (thus why people are posting the same thing more than once - the system makes it appear that the post was rejected)
yeah, the issues with the Post Reply process don't have any consistency. It seems to time out, I refresh the page, but my post isn't there AND a greyed out copy remains in the text field so I hit Post Reply again and viola, my post has been entered twice. I've also encounter a lot of duplicate posts. That's all I can add to help diagnose the issue at this point. Going to sign off and hope things resolve. It's a bit frustrating and time consuming.
