i always share sad stuff and i thought today i would share something positive! today i started seing a new therapist as i was dealing with a lot of shame recently and i must say admitting out loud how ashamed of myself i am for being gay has been the most liberating thing even! a lot more than any other time that i have come out to people! i feel a beautiful breath of fresh air!! nothing else to add!!
That's great! Therapy can be very liberating. I see a therapist regularly. He's really good at the cor of an issue.
I'm glad you've found someone you can connect with and are getting to some deep issues. Keep up the good work! I won't say it gets lots easier, but it does become more comfortable and familiar to go into that stuff.
