Life can be tiring. How do you recharge? What do you find helps?

For me, exhaustion has come from working at one or more things too hard and too long as well as depression. Sometimes these two things feed on each other.

It might involve working less, within reason, or getting help for depression. If that involves therapy, I only wish you a good therapeutic experience.

Exhaustion is one of those things that get in the way of a full life mostly because we burn the candle at both ends. There are many questions we might ask such as how are we exhausting ourselves. Why are exhausting ourselves. How can we stop exhausting ourselves. The list is ad finitum. What are your questions? When you know the right questions and they are specific, the answer comes with the question. Really. The next question is do we listen to what our body is telling us and the do we respond to that. Would like to know more about how you get there and why. Wishing your well.
