So I'm asexual. I just want to get that off my chest. Feels so much better. I had "the talk" when I was 14 in my dad's closet. (Ironic, I know.) I was instantly repulsed and thought, "That doesn't sound cool." When I was 16, I noticed I wasn't developing crushes based on their body. (Note: I was still identifying as straight, so I was also only looking at girls.) Fast forward to now, I was thinking, "why is no one hot?" This is where, if life was an LGBallT comic, the crack appears. I later discovered asexuality and started connecting to it. I have become so much more confident in it and I hope at some point I can tell my folks. However, I think I would overwhelm them, since I'm also coming out as boyflux and biromantic. But, yeah. There it is. Just wanted to say that.
Congrats! I somehow ended up with a huge amount of asexual friends and they're all super cool. I look forward to a future where asexuality is well known and well understood, I see it come closer every year!
