I'm also now 100% sure about how ignorant my dad is about the lgbtqia+ topics. My mom talked about a tv show and something about tv grew bringing in men and women for the person to date and my dad asked what is she lesbian or transgender, while doing his riddicule chuckling (hopefully makes sense). I wanted to facepalm myself, but now I know that my dad is also aware of transgender people existing and also is riddiculing them, so you guys see my dilemmas.
