Hey Guys . Its my first post here so if i make a mistake somewhere, please dont be mad . I am a 23 years old male and i struggle with my sexuality for 3 years now. I watched a lot of cuckold porn (with Bi stuff), sissy porn and that kind of things. Then i read something that cuckolds are sexually attracted to the bull, so that they are bisexual. I just thought that i am maybe bi if i like this kind of porn. So i checked my sexuality several times for 3 years now and i dont came to an conclusion and i am still confused. I always get hard to straight or lesbian porn. In Real life i had several crushes on girls, i love sex with them and to flirt with them, but i am always a bit shy around them . To check if i am gay i watched gay porn and other gay stuff. Mist of the time i didnt get aroused, but sometimes i got aroused and i ejaculated. This was a shock because i never thought before that i were secretly gay. Even now i dont really want to have sex with a guy. If i do then only to see if got aroused, so to check a another time. I met with a guy because of that but i felt so uncomfortable i just leave it instantly and go to home. I just dont understand. Since this all started i am looking more precisely on guys on the street. I imagine with good lookings dude in my university to have sex with but nothing happens and i dont it to experience in real life it gross me out. With girls its the complete opposite but the fact that i got aroused by gay porn just confuses me. Pls i think a neutral opinion on that would help me to see things clearer. Thx for reading
Man getting aroused by gay porn doesnt mean your gay. Porn is made for give arousal for anyone. I get aroused by gay porn sometimes too, and im not gay(i think lol). You seem to be in a very similar situation as mine. You are obessing and doing compulsive tests to see your arousal to men. Testing is a classic ocd type of deal, the same as me. Even fantasies already made me feel some type of arousal sometimes. But since a lot of people told me here its just ocd. So you have the same thing i think. You should talk to a therapist.
Hello! Welcome to EC! No worries. You haven't made any mistakes. It takes time for people to respond here, because people are online on different times. And to answer. The type of porn you watch don't determine your sexuality. Plenty of straight people watch gay porn too. Bisexuality just means that you can be attracted to more than one gender. Only you can decide your sexuality. If you feel comfortable with the bi label and it describes you well, then just use it or don't use any labels at all. It's up to you.
As has been stated, porn isn't really the best indicator. It can give you an idea of your sexual orientation if it coincides with other signs (such as sexual fantasies), but most of the time, it's unreliable in that regard. It's possible you're bisexual and are in the early stages of understanding that (hence the lack of arousal or interest in being with another man), in which case, if you are bisexual, you'll find those feelings changing. That said, I don't get the impression that you are bisexual, as you have stated a lack of genuine attraction. If you haven't been attracted to another guy, then I think it's safe to say you aren't gay or bi. It could be that you haven't found your type, and if you find yourself attracted to another guy (or several) down the road, then bisexual fits. In the meantime, I recommend not stressing about it too much.
Thanks for the answers. This all started 3 years ago. Since then if i see a good looking guy on the street or in the University i ask me if i find him attractive. This never happened before i started this questioning about my sexuality. I look at the guys a lot the and when i am home i imagine how sex would be with these guys or a relationship but it didnt arouse me. If i do the same with a girl of my class i got aroused instantly and there is one girl in my class where i want to be in a relationship. Her look, her smell, her talking is just so sexy. I get that porn determine my sexuality and i thank you all for that. But what is it that i notice guys more since this all started then before. I am 23 years old now so i started with 20 to question my sexuality. I also must add that i am not really comfortable with my body. I have a funnel chest and duck feet and since then i notice that on my body i look more at other people if they also got this problems on their bodys. Maybe its the same as i am noticing guys more. I dont know its so confusing
What you're describing is consistent with OCD. I would suggest seeing a therapist to be evaluated for OCD.
