I usually use ########, but wanted to check out other sites too. I'm a trans woman who is out to everyone. If anybody wants to chat I would love to meet some new people.
    Keep being beautiful.

I know it can be a really hard thing to do, but you don't have to go all out at first. Try wearing a scarf or some cute shoes. Take baby steps. I found it made things easier to take it slow. You'll kind of build up courage over time if you push your boundaries just a little on a consistent bases.

Are you out to anyone close? How do you think the people in your life would react?

Well, with going out in public baby steps and pushing your boundaries in small ways to build up your comfort level is the best advice I could give you.
I've come out to so many people, and it can still be difficult. You've taken a big step already in telling your wife. Have you talked with her about her parents. I could be easier to come out together, but I'd understand if you don't want to put her under pressure. Maybe you should try other people first. If you have any friends you think would respond well you could start there. It will become a lot more natural the more you do it and eventually you wont have to force it and you can just say "I'm trans." If your bisexual you could always come out as that instead if you think its easier, just to get used to the feeling. Or you could test the waters before coming out, mention something you read online about trans people or the lgbt community. Say you met a trans person recently. If they have a good response it might increase you comfort level.
I hope you found some of what I said helpful, I can definitely come up with more if you don't think any of these work for you.
    Sending Positive Vibes!
