1-Finished my graduation, becaming a biologist!

    2-Started my Master's Degree

3-Ended a relationship. Yes, it is a sad thing, but it can be viewed as an achievement, as i was unhappy on it, and i finally freed myself after lots of drama and issues.

4-Learned a lot about controlling and guiding myself. I feel a lot of internal anger and anxiety (i wonder if it is something related to genetics - my father and grandfather is/was also really easy to irritate), and through therapy i'm becoming a better, calmer person.

5-Got my first tattoo. For the Alliance!

Edit: 6-I started to practice boxing! I forgot to add this earlier.

Nice thread @JonSomebody ! To those going through dark times, it would be easy for me to say something like "look at the positive side of things", but i know that talking is a lot easier than doing it, and sometimes, things are just complicated. However, things will get better - be sure of it!

Another year of tormenting the world with my unholy mind!!1!

The most important thing is that I've kept up my 'crazy' exercise routine, so I have more energy than ever

Nothing. Withdrew from a wretched university that has cost me everything over two years, nearly attempted suicide, and went through far too many ineffective and intolerable medications.

    2) Got my first part-time with three different positions
    3) Moved out!
    4) Got a pay raise at all of my previous jobs!

    Ok for my list:
    1. Got a good paying job. Now I eat ice creams and fries (which are before a luxury to me) any time I want. Also, before the year ended I just became a regular employee there!
    2. Move out of home. Its a great experience being on your own.
    3. Came out to more people! Im out in my office. Though experience homophobia, I still got some friends and had good times.
    4. Gained weight! Well maybe a bit too much, but hey I can always workout.
    5. Controlled myself and survived a suicide attempt.

    1. Most importantly to me... started testosterone. It's crazy to think I'll have been on a year soon. Just from that, I'm in a much better place physically, mentally, and socially than I had been for over a decade.

    2. Graduated university. Thankfully without much debt.

    3. Also important to me, improved my art. I (re)clarified early in the year that traditional art just isn't my thing... so instead worked hard on my digital skills. I can see a really amazing improvement as a result.

    4. Partly as a result of 1, started working out a little and trying to get my body in shape. Something I didnt care enough to do in prior years. I cleaned up my diet a bit, still not "healthy" exactly but not exclusively noodles and chips like before!

    5. Started thinking of my future and applying to better-paying jobs. No luck yet, but I'll keep looking.
