    Take your time in exploring your feelings and attractions. With time, things will become clearer. You already have a couple of clues. Having a crush on someone, and feeling attracted to them, is a starting point in figuring things out.

    You are only 13 years old, and as you continue going through your teenage years, feelings that might still be dormant will awake and give you some some insights.

    Hi Bonnie, I felt similarly way when I was in school. I remember just having the hardest time making friends and connecting with people at school, and it made me feel really isolated. The good news is that this feeling wasn't permanent, and that once I moved on to high school and later college I ended up finding my people and truly starting to feel like I fit in. (And, honestly, I think it made me a more compassionate person as well.)

    Is there any possibility of making other friends at school? Are there any groups either in school or in the community that you can join to make other friends? I'm sure there are lots of people out there who would love to have a friend like you.

    Totally!! I mean I'm quite a bit older than you, but age is just a number.

    However, I don't think you should rely on one person to be your whole support network. You should do your best to have plenty of friends!
